Should you move from the property we will dispose of your name, email address and telephone numbers but we will retain the address and details of the installed cover in order to fulfil our duties with regard the ongoing maintenance of the installed safety cover for future owners.

Should the pool or safety cover be removed at any time you have the right to request that we remove your details from our records.
